Lubna was born in Bethlehem and grew up under the Israeli occupation in the West Bank. She is a multimedia artist who carves, sculpts and enjoys designing and creating music, audio, video and websites. Her Short films have been screened in San Francisco, Chicago and Victoria. Lubna’s short writings have been published in Canada and the USA and online. She was involved in several theatre productions as a sound designer.
Lubna has always been interested in human rights especially children's rights. She is also very passionate about animals' rights and respecting our environment.
Lubna is interested in philosophy, history, politics, knowledge in general, she is interested in learning and teaching and sharing knowledge and sharing power. She is dedicated to using technology for education and democracy. Lubna has several blogs about the human mind and its evolution, science and technology, art, music , DIY , health, culture, Palestine, and other topics. Lubna has been working in the Information Technology field since the 1989.
